Good News For Tottenham: Dele Alli’s Agent Decision Revealed.

On Tuesday Mauricio Pochettino confirmed that Dele Alli will start for Tottenham against APOEL in the Champions League on Wednesday. 

Alli missed the start of Tottenham’s Champions League campaign through suspension.

However Alli, who has three goals and three assists in the Premier League, has arguably had his best performances for Spurs this season in the UCL.

In domestic competition Alli has been criticised for a string of below-par matches for Spurs.

While Alli’s form has dipped, off the field the England international has been sorting out his representation issues.

For quite some time people have been discussing how long Dele Alli will remain at Tottenham.

The 21-year-old England midfielder has five years left on his contract at Spurs, yet he’s constantly linked with a move.

That’s because Alli is so highly-rated, and everyone knows that he’s not on massive wages at Tottenham.

Earlier in 2017 Alli split from his agent Rob Segal.

And, according to the Daily Mail on Wednesday, Alli has now settled on his new team:

Alli has decided against appointing a full-time football agent, with adoptive brother Harry Hickford expected to look after the 21-year-old’s day-to-day affairs.

Alli has also appointed Creative Artists Agency (CAA) to look after the commercial side of his burgeoning profile.

Does this mean Alli is set to leave Tottenham in the near future?

The Mail play down that narrative, instead reporting that Alli is looking at improving his £50,000-a-week deal with Tottenham as he plans to stay with the Lillywhites for the future.
