Zinedine Zidane says his squad could look the same after the January window.
The Real Madrid boss is under pressure after a poor start to the season.
Real failed to improve their squad in the summer and let Alvaro Morata and James Rodriguez leave.
They also lost Pepe and the only in-comings were Squad players.
That, coupled with the form of Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema, has handed Barcelona the initiative for the season.
But Zidane admits he could be forced to keep picking the under-performing stars because his squad could be exactly the same after the window closes.
“I am very happy with my staff, I do not want it to change, I want no one to leave,” he said.
“But in football, everything happens. There are more people apart from me when it comes to choosing things and we can talk.
“When the market arrives we will talk, but it may not change anything. Surely nobody will leave.”
Zinedine Zidane is under pressure after a poor start to La Liga.
Madrid have been linked with a host of players but moves are more likely to be done in the summer.
They need another striker, a goalkeeper and a centre midfielder.
David de Gea and Thibaut Courtois are essentially in a shoot out to replace Keylor Navas while there are more options in the other areas.
Harry Kane and Dele Alli are both on their radar but Tottenham will not do business willingly.
Neymar is the man Florentino Perez wants to eventually replace Bale and Benzema and Ronaldo’s futures are uncertain.
