OMG!! Barcelona Star Paulinho Drops Philippe Coutinho Transfer Bombshell

Barcelona star Paulinho has admitted to holding talks with Philippe Coutinho about a move away from Liverpool.

Barcelona continue to court Liverpool star Coutinho with the January transfer window edging closer.

Ernesto Valverde’s side missed out on the Brazilian back in the summer, seeing three bids rejected by Jurgen Klopp.

However, despite failing to secure the player’s signature then, Barcelona’s interest remains high with the Catalan giants determined to raid Liverpool nearly four years since the two clubs last did business for Luis Suarez.

And Paulinho, who plays alongside Coutinho for Brazil, has admitted to talking with the 25-year-old about a move.

"The city already knows of its passage through Espanyol, I talk about the facilities, as are the training, the group, the way the group received me that was spectacular,” he told Mundo Deportivo.

"I make jokes that people are already looking for a house for him.

“I try to give him the basic information, the most important for him and his family, because maybe the time he lived here was not enough to know the city.

“But he knows that Barcelona is a very good city, that offers everything for him and his family.”

Paulinho also revealed Suarez could play a role in any deal.

The Uruguay international is still supposedly close with Coutinho, who he played alongside at Liverpool.

Coutinho knows that there are great players, like Suarez, with whom he met at Liverpool and he gets along very well, he is a person who always tries to help,” he added.

“Now we have to wait until the transfer can be made in January to come here.”

Coutinho has been at Liverpool since signing in January 2013.

However, he is yet to win a trophy during his time at Anfield.a
